But I just finished building mine up to 55mph for about $600.00 (entirely new and upgraded engine.)

I speak for almost every other serious rider I know. The nano microcosm that moped kids live in certainly doesn't speak for the 99.9 percent of the rest of the riders in the world either.

i kind of thought mopeds were cool at one time until all of the elitist, hipster fashionistas added it to their list of fashion accesories.
