@eldogg4life I totally agree - It is an all time classic. Never doubted that.

The problem I have with this match is that I always asked myself if Michaels and Hall could have had a "historical" non-gimmick match - And I personally doubt it.

Hall always said that he and Michaels had great "normal" matches prior to Wrestlemania - Well if they were that great why did Vince make it a gimmick match?!

But that`s only speculation...

The wrestling in this match is incredible, Owen and Bret Hart were both excellent and owen was a very funny heel and lawler’s commentary was perfect!!

Actually, Owen was pretty good about protecting his opponents and rarely botched moves. For some reason, though he did a Spike Piledriver when he was supposed to do a Tombstone; which is pretty clear if you've actually seen the botch.

@SuperJuliusC "the best match" is a matter of opinion and we obviously have differing opinions. The ladder match at WM10 delivered and set the bar for matches to come. Without it we might not have some of the awesome gimmick matches we've had since then. It established a genre featured on 2 dvd productions by WWE and on that night, in my opinion, it stole the f'n show.
