"Masoom" (English: Innocent) is a 1983 Indian film and Shekhar Kapur's first directorial venture. The critically acclaimed film starred Naseeruddin Shah, Shabana Azmi, Supriya Pathak and Saeed Jaffrey, as well as child actors Jugal Hansraj and Urmila Matondkar. The screenplay and dialogues were written by Gulzar and the music was contributed by R.D. Burman. The plot was broadly based on Man, Woman and Child written by Erich Segal. Shekhar Kapoor the director of the movie went to to make several other internationally acclaimed movies in the future like, Bandit Queen and Elizabeth.

Bhupinder Singh (born April 8, 1939 New Delhi) is an Indian musician, chiefly a Ghazal singer and Bollywood playback singer. Bhupinder's father Natha Singh was a trained vocalist and his early music teacher.
Early in his career, Bhupinder performed on All India Radio, Delhi. He was also attached to the Delhi Doordarshan center, Delhi. He learnt guitar and violin. In 1964, music director Madan Mohan heard him over AIR, and called him to Bombay. He gave him a chance to sing the song Hoke Majboor Mujhe Usne Bulaya Hoga with Mohammad Rafi in Chetan Anand's Haqeeqat....
In the mid-1980s, Bhupinder married a Bangladeshi singer Mitali and moved away from playback singing. Together, they gave several successful performances at ghazal concerts and live performances....

Hello Yuan and thank you. RD has copied this from another MD. I can't think of the exact tune right now. True about Bhupinder being introduced by Madan Mohan in 1964. That was a famous Kaifi Azmi ghazal titled "Andeshey"(meaning scenerios) which he sang. He rehearsed one stanza with Madan. Later, when he reported for recording, he was surprised to see that he was to sing the ghazal along with three big legends of all times, Rafi, Mannada and Talat . The ghazal is very nice. It's on YT
