out of scale if you ask me and some weathering on the layout sorry

@bncoaltrain Are the curves big enough on the main line to run the UP 4-12-2? That is just about the ultimate rigid-framed engine ever built.

@BNforever2009 The whole video is basically awesome. I joined the local model railroad club and have been running Southern Railway 2-10-2 #5216 most of the time. Another member said that steamer hadn't seen that much action in a long time. Made me feel pretty good that someone who wasn't running his steam engine had left it at the club so some one could have the chance to run and appreciate it. Our main line could handle a UP 4-12-2 since the curves are so wide. Not down in the oil yard, though.

@ae3859 I agree! I'm more partial to trains with two or three 2-10-0s hauling a long train of mixed freight or a manifest run; even better is those giants of steam railroading like the C&O H-8 2-6-6-6 on a solid train of coal cars. Or four D&RGW 2-8-0s barking up a 2% grade with a long freight behind them.

Wheres this club located?? i happen to be a fan of both Alco and EMD; i can see several of those locos on here. do you happen to let members run some of the early diesels like the GP9 & SD9 or the Alco RS-3 or others like that? i also happen to like the C&O H-8 Allegheny; are any steamers run on that layout occasionally?
