This is a gift for my Dads Birthday. I'm using a Haas CNC Mill to do the work. The video is a little deceiving... The Engraving tool is spinning and moves up and down, but doesn't move laterally. The Knife and camera are what's really moving. The camera is attached to the vise using a suction window mount for a cars windshield.

  • did it hurt the knife blade ???

  • Not at all. The vise jaws are even made of plastic to keep from dulling the blade.
