Here Kat is demonstrating the use of the Bosu ball. She is doing the sqaut jumps with a medicine ball for reps. This is great for balance, and stability, as well as toning your core, glutes, hamstrings, and calves.

  • Try adding a 180 spin and make sure she gets her butt down lower to 90 degrees not a bad exercise tho
