  • We involved a big ass hammer.

  • A BA Hammer and the "axle nut wacker" tool work well! :)

    I like that combo for taking them off. The best way I have seen to tighten them now is by using one of the torque multiplier tools. No big hammers or long extender bars needed!

    Can i ask did it happen on a hard launch? Also how many ft/lb did you have them at?

  • No, it was a cheap aftermarket drum. Normal stop light acceleration. I used my torque meister tool to torque the thing down. It's been so long ago, I don't remember the actual torque but I figured it out based upon the recommendation in the Bentley manual.
