quite frankly i think disc priests are better at healing because they use basicly the same spells as holy, but they have penance, the only con for disc is they heal lss than holy so

You make excellent use of PoM but in reality you'll need to use Flash Heal and Renew a lot more. I see you casting Gheals on the tank when he's at <25% hp. This will get you wiped a lot... Guess it depends if you know when the damage is coming in but there's still some randomness that I wouldn't trust a 2.x sec cast on. I'd shield+PoM+Renew+Flash. Good video though hopefully will help me on some of those aoe+interrupt fights like the guy in Oculus.

Did your group on the Sapphiron kill use any Frost Resist? What about a paladins FR aura?

Nope, we only had Paladin's aura and Druid's Mark of Wild, our frost resist was "fair", about 160+ or so.
For normal 10man-Naxx its not really needed, can't say the same for Heroic-25man.
