is it a penalty for leading with the helmet or is it only if the helmet hits the other player in the helment? Its typically refered to as the helmet to helmet contact rule, Delmas did lead with his head, im sorry but thats hard to deny... but he didnt strike Finley's head. He hit him square in the chest.
