I left a comment in favour of this women's centre and that women (or men) should never be treated badly and I do not wish to in any way say my experience is a reflection on the country; I know it is not! I just want to support anyone to believe in themselves and that it is one life you have. My sons and daughters all agree.which is good for the next generation.

I'm from Scotland & I got married to a Lithuanian national less than 2 years ago; he seemed lovely but now .. I have been listening to torrents of insults, verbal and emotional abuse every few days. my sons & I think it is awful. How sad is that? why do Lithuanian women not have the same rights as the rest of the EU countries .and why do the men think this is ok?? Please do not tolerate this! IT IS NEVER OK EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED. You deserve to be treated well!

Its so sad that you see men beating the crap out of innocent women. What did the women do to deserve that kind of shit??? Nothing. Its also bad that a few bad men make the good men like me and most other men look bad. I would NEVER beat or hurt a woman, no matter how angry I would get with her. Hopefully things will get done about this
