Reyes was chosen to be Intel chair because of his usefulness regarding immigration as a national security issue. I'm almost positive that there is an innocent explanation as to why he didn't answer the questions correctly.

He wasn't transferred over from another committee, he's been on intel for years, during a war no less. There is no excuse for his glaring ignorance. Lazy, unprofessional politician going for a free ride at our expense. Big thanks to the low-standards of the voters in his district for putting him in a position to hurt us all. I haven't heard anyone make that claim, including Reyes. What's not to understand? Stein: "Al Qaeda is what, I asked, Sunni or Shia?" Also: "And Hezbollah? I asked him. What are they?" If Reyes can't comprehend these simple questions, your excuse for him only deepens my fears.
