I really like Andy and I hope he gets better and does well in life. He maybe able to help others with addictions because he understands how it is to go through things like that.

@eqsmooth "I hope this (ie, AA) helps you as much as it helped me." -- says Farley. The dead guy who wasn't helped one bit by that sham of an organization. In my opinion, MORE people ought to come out and talk about the truth of their experience with AA. As long as you succumb to the mind-numbing mantra that you're a worthless piece of shit with no self control and you relinquish all personal responsibility to the religion they force-feed you, you might quit drinking. But it kills your soul.

He is an asshole. Outing Downey, Jr. on this show was bad enough and then he talks about AA on television. That is such a no no. He is just a shit head outside of the drug problems. AA is like Fight Club. You don't talk about your experience in AA on the radio,to the press or on tv or film. Even Dr. Drew who is as exploitative as can be doesn't break that rule.
