Global Changemakers: Laura Zarta Gutierrez at WEF Latin America 2010

Laura Zarta Gutierrez (20) from Colombia is one of the young representatives of Global Changemakers taking part in the WEF Latin America 2010 in Cartagena. Here she talks about her hopes for the event.

Global Changemakers, a British Council programme, creates and supports a large global network of young community activists and social entrepreneurs aged between 16 and 25. The aim is to create a powerful global network for action that provides opportunities to share experiences and help young people develop and run their own projects to bring about positive change in their communities, countries and regions. Currently there are over 600 Changemakers in 98 countries.
