This mod has everything... flying bike, car spawner, map editor, super jump, god mode, super run, never wanted flying boat and MORE!!!!!
Grand Theft Auto IV modification for the PC version. It also works on version 1.0.4.0 multiplayer.
I'm using Simple Native Trainer v3.9 [ http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/script-mods/2115 ]

You have probable figured it out by now, Be sure to download the latest verson of simple native trainer the one that use to be in my description was out dated and I didn't realise. It sounds liek ur game crashes when you change the settings, try placing the latest version of scripthook (http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=390582) in the main directory [ default C:\Program Files\Rockstar
