You can thank your buddy, Slick Willie Clinton also. While he was sticing his pecker where it did not belong the CIA and FBI were castrated and not allowed to share information which may have prevented a whole lot of future trouble. Not to mention his do and say nothing attitude regaring the genocide in Rawanda, and his refusal to allow armored vehicles and tanks in Somalia. If you don't believe it check it out.

Learn to write english! "Would of" is supposed to be "would have" and "n" is supposed to be "and". If you're going to criticize my work, and/or the political statement behind the work, I would hope you would do it properly.
