I do it when one sock off and lift up your pants or pjs , then rest your foot on your thigh then it will stick more better (:

Try putting on some thin clothing like pyjamas - It helps and try resting your foot on the top side of your thigh rather than your knee for people who can't balance right.

It's not like it hurts i just not that good at balancing!!

of my knees. Not easy to keep your balance when it hurts. XDD

How come ur version/trainer whatever HAS A DAM AXCENT..LOL Mines dont have a axcent..This pose is pretty hard to do but I got used to it..still sorta shaky though

Actually, your leg where you rest on your adductor is actually supporting you while you balance.
