This is the recipe that I submitted for the Survivor Fitness Challenge Support System. This version is just cooking portion and is the extended edited version. This dish has three components and I will try to set the time where each part begins so you can skip to that specific part.

TGI Friday's Dragon Fire Chicken: calories 437 per serving
-Marinade 3:27
-Pineapple Pico de Gallo 6:46
-Kung Pow Sauce 8:30

Review of the recipe: ***** 5 star: Taste wise I give this recipe a thumbs up. I think the dish would still taste fine without the marinade because of the kung pow sauce, but it helps it. I suggest marinading it longer than 2 hours. What I liked about this dish is that you can just make each component separately and it would still taste great.

I got the recipe from :

This cooking demo was inspired by Jason (Tbossbone). Enjoy!

  • I think firm tofu or grilled eggplant could be a great substitute for chicken in this dish :)
