This is the conditioning portion of our Kettlebell class on Saturday. Kettlebell Sport, Fitness and Feats of Strength are incorporated into what we do. Class is primarily technique based for Kettlebell Sport. Our Head Coach, Rob Handley, likes to mix things up for us. This was the end of class, giving us opportunity to get repetitions in for the technique we went over in class and to help with fitness. Come try it, you might even like it!
