@KaityMcLynn The initial healing time was around 6 weeks but I was walking up the school within 2 wks (only a 10 minute walk). The incision is quite scary at first and although I'd done my research before the op it was still quite a shock seeing how long the scar was. It can sometimes be longer depending on how much skin needs to be removed. All that said the feeling of having a flat stomach is awesome!! and for me it was the right decision. Wow!! This is fantastic! How was the healing time? I'm considering this for when I've reached my goal weight but the thought of an incision that long terrifies me!
