For St Patrick's Day 2009 Moya Brennan appeared on the NBC Today program, talking to Al Roker about her work and the Celtic tradition, and performing a portion of "Down By The Sally Gardens" with Cormac Debarra on harp.

Moya (previously known as Maire Brennan) was lead singer and harpist with the highly successful band Clannad. Enya is also a member of the Brennan clan - she is Moya's sister, and was at one time a member of Clannad.

  • Donegal is a county :)

  • Moya has the voice of an angel...absolutely beautiful!

  • It is, the interviewer actually mentions him :)

  • Not sure but I think that's Cormac deBarra on the other harp. He is part of her present day band.

  • Awesome! She sounds as wonderful as ever!!! I wish I had seen this on TV yesterday. Thank you for posting.
