@AudienceKiller66 Do monkeys first. Just incase you don't know: That's a kong except you don't jump AT the obstacle but rather start out right in front of it. You jump UP and pull yourself over the obstacle in one fluid motion.
That'll teach you to get your knees close to your chest. Then you can start trying kongs as they are just the in-motion-version of a monkey. Instead of tucking your legs under your body you now stretch out further and have your hips higher. Maybe this helps.

@bugworlds You can't but I've seen people monkey stuff that was chest high so if you were 8 feet tall and a very good traceur then maybe a 6ft wall is doable.

why is your body tucked so much, you need to release the body from a tuck format to seduce the cause of slowing down, and maintain aerodynamic.

Because the "quick first tap" is wrong and is the big mistake many people make which i've seen cause bails.

XD....well I can't monkey vault but I can do most other vaults I've seen...how you monkey a 6ft wall? haha, you 8 ft tall?
