what are the tints you are using? ink, acrylic?

@kalashnikovgurl The ones in the video are resin dyes made just for resin. We now carry smaller bottles of dyes to go with our epoxy. These large bottles would dye many gallons and are expensive so we found a supplier for smaller bottles. They still go a very long way as you only add a few drops at a time.

does the color get lighter as it cures? i mean if you were to only add a translucent dye?

@nic0lekA Since the epoxy is clear there is no change in color once it cures. However a thin piece will appear to be lighter than a thick piece just because of the thickness.

are you supposed to coat the mold with anything like cornstarch or baby powder to help release the resin?

@TheyDontSee Silicone molds don't require any type of release agent. They are naturally self releasing. Even slicker than Teflon
