The Daily Left - Texas Governor Suggests Texas Could Secede

Texas should first print it's own currency. The U.S. Dollar is fading away and there is NO law that prohibits the creation of a separate currency. cities in the east have already started this to boost the local economy and it works. Back the new Texas currency with precious metals and sit back and watch the rest of the country run to the new Texas Dollar. It would be amazing to see this happen in the next few years. With the population and economy I am sure that it would make heads turn.
