In my opinion, this song is about someone who has finally found "the one" and is realizing that "two is better than one". This song means a lot to me. When my boyfriend and me weren't together yet, and he was just a good friend, this song would remind me of him and I didn't know why. Needless to say, we began to date and we really love each other! <3

In my opinion, I think it's quite a sad song because when you've already lost someone you love, you realize 'two is better than one' but everything is too late !
