The Opportunity
The challenge was to re-ignite the Merchants Bank brand. Their heritage was based on being business bankers and they needed to hold on to this lineage while recognizing that the lives and transactions of their consumer banking customers were just
as important.
The Result
A new branding theme line Its business, its banking, it's life summated how the 9-to-5 world works very closely to our home world these days for most of us. Finding a trusted resource that could help intersect the two would be the best of both worlds. This theme line was the anchor for a series of stylized :30 TV commercials which portrayed the bank, its employees and its customers in a far from ordinary light. A collection of radio commercials branded the bank in the same vein as the TV and was produced with sell portions to be used for various bank promotions and specials.
