Good video. Actually Queen St. isn't a high end area by any strectch of the imagination but it is in good shape. Make a turn north on Erie & then right on to Park and you have an area slowly decaying. Boarded buildings everywhere and very little in the way of life just a block from Queen St.. I guess plywood business is thriving. The peninsula is a nice area with potential!
As bad as that looks it is shangri-la compared to Niagara Falls, NY which is severe urban blight.
