Ah, The Thin Blue Line. Another Ben Elton written series for Rowan Atkinson. I've got this on DVD. I'll have to dig them out again, as I've not seen them for a few years. Not Blackadder, or Mr Bean, but one Inspector Raymond C Fowler!

It's a shame that so many people see Rowan Atkinson as just 'Mr Bean'. Guess its my age and that the shows that I remember him most for were 'Not The 9' 0 clock News' which is now over thirty years ago and Black Adder. Brilliant comedy actor.

@filida He doesn't actually speak in Mr. Bean, and in the Thin Blue Line he works with police men and women, so the fact that he mentions a constable and is talking like a normal person would suggest it's from that.
