Wednesdays 1:00-3:00 pm, September 29--November 3, 2010 with Joe Lurie:

We'll discuss how different concepts of time, verbal and non-verbal communication, health, beauty, taboos, and etiquette can lead to humorous and tragic misinterpretations.  We'll study the impact of miscommunication on business, diplomatic, and interpersonal relations. And we may be amazed by how others perceive Americans!
