Bioshock Gameplay HD 4850

Hey this is my gameplay from Bioshock on a HD 4850 an my low-end processor E2140 (I know it's bottlenecking my vga power), but despite that i get very nice framerates like 45 most of the time recording with fraps. Without fraps i get from 40 to 150 and a average of 65-70.
