so all the pictures were taken by my brother.

we were jumping a 3ft3 oxer 2 ft wide.
he was hyper and extrmly hot from heat so i didnt push him. he wasnt cooperating when i asked him to shorten his stride (i know lengthening it doesnt work.) any help?
so pretty much every pic is us in a deep spot. you can always rely on him to find them!

and OH MY GOD this is bareback?!!!! wth?! lol I can't do this in a saddle yet! you are amazing! :D

  • ummm put 2 poles out nd try agust his stride between lyk count his normal strides eg take 1 away at a time also parelli helps evrythink lol

hwd u teach him 2 extend?

  • Your heels are amazing! Try slowing him down maybe or use a stiding pole infront of the jump

  • you were great. and maybe you you can try to shorten his stride by slowing him down. dont alway canter the jumps either try them at trot too. I dont want to sound like a know it all just trying to be helpful.

  • Oh my godness... Amazing horse! I seriously fell inlove :D:D:D

  • Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw so cute some lovely shots there.

  • I would definitely use a ground rail at the bottom of the jump. It helps the horse see the spot on the ground where the jump is, instead of just a hovering pole. If he is still getting to deep, set the ground line further back. It works well with Snap, hope it helps Peanuts!

  • Great Video. Gave ya 5 stars :>)
