King Of The NWAG Locomotive Trials

A collection of clips from the NWAG Locomotive haulage trials held on the PTLR. The rules were simple 2 circuits with the heavest train an engine could manage without stopping for more than a minute.
Apologies in advance for continuity errors as some vids are of trains longer or shorter than the final results.

Well it is the engine that must not be named and remember I got 40 round for 1 3/4 but I ran out of gas. Bad runs happen and better look next year.

Great video otherwise, pitty there is no clip in there of my loco equalling the garratt for 1 1/2 laps until the PTLR wagons "myseteriously" derail leaving me next to last. Bitter? Me? Absolutely!!! lol

I think the Garret should have been handicapped it's basically two locos. A very good video and a fun idea.

Another PTLRCecil atmospheric masterpiece... Amazing what these miniature marvels will pull. Makes all the difference with a cracking railway to compete on... (As PTLR Sam had already sent me a photo with his winning cup I knew the result anyway,I should have placed a bet..!) The out take at the end gives me inspiration to as another no hope of ever winning. 5 star film as usual and a lota lota laugh's..! More please...!
