These crystals look like chemical and biological warfare to me. The fact that the large hexagon is covered front and back says it is a "capsule". You can tell what substances are by their color and shape but these have undergone some transformations and I don't have all the info on the chemical content of the coatings so I have not commented on that.

  • @cootercat486 yes there is a connection...try to leave the area, no kidding. See Dr. Karjoo an authority on the subject he can clarify this for you. Take care.

  • @cootercat486 take some high-res pix or them and make a vid- more documentation is always better

  • I have these little crystals (multi-colors), all over my desk top, on myself and no telling where else. I live close to industries that make computer components...any connection i wonder. I know I have Morgellons. It is terrifying.

  • Another amazing and informative video Skiz! You rock! I hope all government institutions are watching your work... it's about time they learn we're onto them!

  • US DOD Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Program: Apr 2001

The FY 99/00 program on microencapsulation of chem. weapons included work by the Adv. Polymer Lab. of the Un. of NH

The FY 01/02 prog. on "Front End Analysis of RCAs" is worrisome & follows on the microencapsulation work of '99 & 2000. Info. about this prog. is difficult to obtain. JNLWD officials have said it is secret. Public docs indicate that a major contractor in this program is the US Army Soldier Biological Chemical Command (SBCCOM)

  • Little has been made public about the FY 00/01 program on a "NL Loitering Submunition", which centered around the notion of an unmanned aerial vehicle equiped with a crowd control payload, including chemical weapons in some conceptions. Much of the work on this program was conducted on US military bases in Maryland, Virginia, and possibly Texas. (See below, Liquid/Aerosol Dispersant Module for Short Range UAV Platform.)
