The makers of Real Racing 2, Firemint, have updated the game to support full 1080p video out. This means you can connect your iPad 2 to your HDTV via HDMI and it will play full screen in FULL HD! The game itself looks great on the iPad and the TV, doesn't seem to be any loss of graphics or visuals. You play the game as you normally would except that your iPad is no longer your screen, it's your controller. Your TV will display the game while the iPad displays a map of the track you are playing on along with other options. One downside to your iPad being your WIRED controlled, is that the HDMI adapter can slip out easily. Hopefully we'll see an HDMI port on the next iPad or better implementation of video out(maybe AirPlay?) Anyways, as long as you hold the adapter while playing, you should get used to it not slipping out, it might even give you a better grip. Real Racing 2 HD can be found in the App Store for $9.99.
