We did make Progress in Iraq because of the surge. We are gonna keep pulling out troops because we are winning. He was a great president during 9/11 and handle it well. During huricane Katrina his hands were tied by the Constitution. Gas prices skyrocketed when the Dems took over congress, but were steady before hand. I'll give you people this Bush looks like an idiot... but when you take a deep look at it he's been doing a damn good.
