I found this show while in a rut from post-deployment depression. It isn't about the cute, large-eyed ponies, or the fantastic animation. It's a glimpse into a perfect world, without anger, biased judgment, or cynicism.

It's a world where all you need are your friends.

A world the brony community created, where we essentially are, friends together, enjoying the company. A rare light that sparked from the darkness of the internet.

If it ends in a Great and Powerful bang, or a blank little fizzle, I had fun on this pony ride. I'll miss it one day, but with any luck, it will sprout more like it to take it's place.

And yes, I'll always remember when the trolls and n00bs of the net came together in harmony to spread love and tolerance through art and media. It's a social experiment gone horribly, horribly right. And I am proud to not only see, but be a part of this phenomenon. BUT WE AIN'T DEAD YET, SO LET'S PARTY!

my little pony has brought back the good things of life. No matter what position you are in there will always be a spark of hope and my spark was my little pony. If it wasen't for them, i would still think life was horror. Well now, ain't that just lovely. It almost brings a tear to my eye, if I had any left to shed. Still, depressing, as it is, the show will suffer the same fate as all. Somewhere, season 3-5, some executive will decide he knows better than the team who's been running it, and he'll make changes, to make it 'better'. He won't understand the lessons, he won't get the characters, and in the end, he will tear this lovely world asunder. Still, we will always have our memories....MEMORY DELETED!
