don't be afraid of silence - take those pauses that you feel.
the shifting between chair and standing detracts from it. if you stand up, commit to it. stay standing. this will make the change in level much more dramatic.
watch the hands - somewhat overused.
so much potential! and these are just opinions. do what you want!
