You couldn't be more correct! My dad served for this country in NAM and worked for boeing many years. They laid him off about 8 years ago and never looked back... FUCK Boeing they dont remember shit! they dont give a shit. they wont even let him push a broom. I dont think he ever missed a day of work! Fuck Boeing
TRUE that they laid my dad off a2 months before the economy got worse, and they promised they would call back they never did FUCK BOEING he was a chief engineer on the Boeing 777.
@steveGtwo: "Sleazy Manipulation"? Boeing makes airplanes for large international carriers and the U.S. DoD. Most of the people who saw this spot on TV were not even close to being future Boeing customers. It was simply a goodwill message intended to foster a positive company image. Was its goal publicity, and ultimately profit? Of course. That doesn't make it any less valid.
Great commerial, great to see they recognize those that have fallen while serving our country. I hope Boeing remembers to recognize their employees in the Seattle area that are veterans and those employees that are serving now the next Veterans Day. Chicago/Boeing does a good job. Our Men and Women serving in the Armed Forces is one of the most important reasons why Boeing is USA's Best Aerospace Manufacturer

I have some questions about sociology and psychology:
(1) Why do we love flying?
(2) How does flying benefit us, our society and the world?
(2) Why do we have impresssion that flying and aviation relate closely to lifestyle of Americans?
(3) How does Americans' aviation success relate to Americans' culture & values?
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative ideas and brainstrom!!! :)
This is nothing more than really sleazy manipulation.
