An interview with a Cintas uniform truck driver, speaking out about her opinion on unions and why her past experiences have persuaded her to be against union representation.

This Cintas employee-partner had been a truck driver and a school bus driver prior to working as a driver for Cintas. She had been a member of the Teamsters for a short period of time. She says, "I can think for myself" - the reason why she says she does not belong to a union. The thought of paying union dues to someone to represent her for her boss turns her off from unions. From past experience, she has seen instances where unions "did people no good" and "when the time came for them to be defended, they weren't".
