This Cintas employee-partner had been a truck driver and a school bus driver prior to working as a driver for Cintas. She had been a member of the Teamsters for a short period of time. She says, "I can think for myself" - the reason why she says she does not belong to a union. The thought of paying union dues to someone to represent her for her boss turns her off from unions.
