nearly never use mine.
your grip depends on gravity, bump the bottom or try to go up stairs, and you will likely loose the grip.
might be more useful in merely transporting sheets on a flat surface.
Or more practical for a taller person. im 5' 10"
Also this video is very deceiving.
she looks to be lifting maybe 3/4" plywood, those sheets would strain her balance.
For the price not worthy at all... my plastic panel hook is more useful.

Funny commercial and hot chick doesn't disguise the fact that your wrist might snap in half if a strong breeze kicked up while carrying a sheet of plywood with that thing.
