I was born three months premature in 1982...the doctors said I would never live. At 2 lbs. 1 oz, I was about the size of a Barbie Doll. Had to have my first surgery at two weeks old, and another two weeks later. Since then, I have survived 31 various attempts on my life, including an abuse ex boyfriend who tried to shoot me in the head.The bullet actually parted my hair and grazed the top of my scalp. God has an awesome destiny for me and I'll NEVER GIVE UP!

MY mom survived through multiple transplants and heart surgery im the youngest of her children at 13 she died june 22 2011 and when she was in a coma in 2002 she sat up in her bed and said ima see my baby graduate but god thought it was her time so she wont be there in human form but in spirit form

my dad got in a car accident in 2005, my sister in a car accident in 2006 only a few days for my birthday, my brother got in a car accident flipped the car in 2009, yeah a lot of car accidents i had surgery twice mostly for my ear and i wsn't able to breathe through my nose but you see a lot more happened my cousin died with a bullet in his head my uncle died that next year with Liver problems my family and i are survivors

My father was abusive, my mother stayed with him and allowed us to be abused. I felt like she did not care, and when I was sexually assualted at age 14, and she did not press charges, it only confirmed my feeling. I desperately attempted suicide many times, only to be stopped by my best friend who is like my older sister. I would cry to her and tell her with what happened I no longer wanted to live, I would scream at her to give up, and thank God she never did, and now I'm a survivor!

i was born 3 months early at 2 lbs 7 oz, in 1995, i was in NICU for 3 monthes, i had severe asthma from birth to age 9, my "father" has been in jail my whole life and wont get out till i'm 22, my mom is dying, i've lost 2 of my best friends to overdosing. survivor was the only song that gave me light at the end of a dark tunnel.
