Space shuttle Discovery was moved March 3 from the Vehicle Assembly Building to
Launch Pad 39A at NASAs Kennedy Space Center in Florida for its STS-131 mission
to the International Space Station. The move is referred to as a "rollout."
Discovery is targeted to launch April 5. During its 13-day mission, the crew of
seven astronauts will deliver a multi-purpose logistics module filled with science
racks to be transferred to the space stations laboratories.
