Lou Albano was the best on the mike, along with Fred Blassie and the Grand Wizard (Ernie Roth) RIP, Wrestling is dead ! .These men are severely missed.
@Astraldragon1 Dusty made appearances in the WWWf for many years - especially in the 70's. Sort of like Andre. He came in, did some TV spots, worked some big shows and then went elsewhere. It was a common (and now sorelt missed) aspect of wrestling then when stars would pop in on territories, make some noise and leave. NWA was great at it. WWE now sucks at it.
Your typical Lou Albano "WTF?" moment. This is what made Lou so entertaining as a manager/mouthpiece - you quite simply had no idea what Lou was going to say next, and just as often Albano had no idea himself. He winged all his promos, and he was one of the greatest managers of all time (along with Bobby Heenan and the late Ernie ("Grand Wizard of Wrestling") Roth. Those three set the standard for all those who followed.

I didn't know Dusty Rhodes was in WWWF, when Vince SR ran WWF. I thought he only came to WWF in the late 80's.
