Its possible to hit 140km/h w/o problem in BKE.

KJE expressway in the night even easier to hit 140km/h too.

KJE is the "mini-autobahn" in singapore IMHO.

Actually nothing will happen if you do this, my uncle sometimes expressway drive 110 KM/h and then you know the exit at Bukit Panjang on BKE after turning going near the traffic light his speed is 100 km/h.
