you suck.... What happens it you want the animation to go on for an hour ? Your animation ends after displaying a few dots. Try this:
@echo off
set dot=.
:start
cls
echo Loading%dot%
set dot=%dot% .
ping 127.1.1.1 -n 2 >nul
goto start
this will continue drawing dots forever.

cool dude and add color 2c for a cool effect (it change the color)
