Jill or I say Alice can't infected by the T-virus, because her blood is the cure for all zombies!!! So thats why she was immortal!!! She have many clones!!! The only zombie in this movie (or in the game) is Jill or Alice or Veronica or Sherry!!! (if you will notice they are all looks like Jill!!!).
