@shanzfendi Well until a DNA test is done, her mother will be considered black by Jamaican and American standards. And yes some Jamaicans are mixed but ALOT of them have a majority of African blood morw than anything else, its been proven! Only the Indian ones aren't really considered black but Kerry mother is!
