@DennyandGerry to clarify, the plastic bowl act as a see through lid that only cockies can knock over, which sits within the plastic dog bowl i use for feed.
by the way, nice array of birds. i haven't got any lorikeets yet, but they are ever numerous flying around our house so i'm suprised.. the toys-that's a great idea, as parrots are into playing with them.

@DennyandGerry hi. thx for getting back to me. would you believe the other day one cocky tore off a small piece of tile. it was old and cracked so that's why. still, i feel like i have to watch over them when thye come which isn't relaxing. today i'm going to move them to the backyard, and feed a little less. i thought of a great idea to stop the other pigeons/sparrows getting their food - plastic bowl over their food (in dog bowl). only cockies can take it off.

Thank you for sharing!
I have a dancing corella that will have you in stitches! His name is Frostie. I shared this video on his Frostie The Dancing Cockatoo Facebook fan page. (Check out my main video on my channel if you want to look at your corella visitors a bit differently from now on!)
A thumbs up and favorited! I loved it!

Nice play ground !

How absolutely wonderful that you set up that play area for them. I have a pet galah here in the USA and she is a sweet, funny, wonderful girl.

i just started getting cockatoos to my house. just wondering, do i have to worry about them destroying the roof (brick house, tiles on roof, )? hope you dont mind me asking.

@jole523 Hi jole, We have been feeding the birds on and off for years, and we haven't had any trouble. We have up to 15 Cockatoos sometimes, but mostly we have one we call Harold that calls to me when I'm outside, follows me to the seed box and lands about a metre ( three feet ) away from me.
