I turned the volume on my computer to the max, the volume on YouTube to the max, and the volume on my speakers to the max. If I actually held the speakers to my ears I could ALMOST make out what he was saying.

Turn up your volume - the tape I got this from was not the greatest quality, and when I transferred it to DVD, turning up the volume didn't help it enough. The audio is just fine.
