Tape another Cat toy to the top: Sushi the Ragdoll cat will sleep all day and needs a bit of exercise so we tried out the Frolicat dart. It has multiple speeds and a little laser dot moves all around in a random pattern. The laser pointer on the slowest speed on the FroliCat (PetCo and Brookstone have them) moved too fast for Sushi cat to bother chasing around (he just watched the little red dot go zipping around) so we taped another cat toy to the top and tied on a feather from a feather duster to a string which slows it down enough for Sushi to play.

OH TY, this is what our savannah needs. She doesn't really go after the light much, but she'll go for the thing tapped to it. not sure how long until she grabs it and tries to run off with the entire unit, but thanks for the advise.
