  • @RedMustangRN wow ? here in canada they need tons of nurse.....

  • Traveling nurse earns on average 10-15% more than a traditional nurse...that's what I love about it (aside from perks and benefits of traveling ) ;-)

    Maria

  • So what makes u think that there will b jobs for those entering the the field of np and ending up w/a job, the way this economy is going it not worth going to school for any type of healthcare field at all.

  • There are students graduating from nursing programs and yet have had no licking finding work in the state of Ohio, I have a good friend of mine that lives in the state of Ct and her sister graduate this past June w/a B.S.N and as of today has had no luck what so ever finding a nursing position at all

  • Those who are thinking of entering the nursing field or what ever part that may pertain to it should think about twice especially if you live in the state of Ohio, there

  • @RedMustangRN 2 many foreign nurses to take care of a "nurse shortage" that does not exist. Currently in a MSN program puts my student loans in deferment and I get an expense check as income. I am thinking of doing my own business as well. Used to make huge gains in my Roth IRA had to cash out to pay bills. Thinking of just borrowing the $ and being an independent investor 25% of our nations wealth is made this way. US makes nothing and we import foreigner to take the educated skilled jobs.

  • @magickunderpants <<This person is RIGHT. I'm a nurse too..tons of experience..awesome GPA..references...there aren't ANY jobs. I have applied EVERYWHERE..all over the country..NO JOBS. Foreign nurses have taken over and the workplace is so abusive/stressful, anyway, that I may just go into my own business..open a small bakery or something..at least I can be happier that way.

  • @magickunderpants Love how you used his middle name.... that alone told me volumes

  • @zestyguy87 i disagree. This isnt about single moms. This is about welfare pure and simple. A government healthcare system based on european and canadian systems, bigger government, and government control. How can you embrace change when you know its for the worse? Look at how ALL the politicians have screwed up our country(both sides), do you really want them running your healthcare??they should make education free not healthcare. Obama isnt the anti-crist, but close.

  • @zestyguy87 libtard you probably did not read the bill like all the other libtards. Why should someone who works and has earned their health care have to provide it to wellfare queens. Small changes hardly a 2000 page bill is a major change I never screamed communism although B. Hussein Obama is for wealth redistribution. Anti christ hardly the anti christ is supposed to make things better and be popular Obama is as popular as a kick in the nuts. Read the constitution America hater.
